Please follow these
instructions to to resolve that problem: |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
1. Open Internet
Explorer, Internet explorer can be found on your desktop or the
start menu. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
2. After "Internet
Explorer" opens, hit the [Esc] key, then click on the
Tools menu at the top, and select Internet
Options. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
4. Click Apply
then OK, and close Internet Explorer. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
3. Once you arrive at
the Setup page and click the Password tab at the top.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
4. Remove all of the
asterisks in both the "password" and "confirm" password fields and
click Apply.* |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
5. Go back to the Setup
page and make the necessary changes. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
7. Go back to the
password page and reenter a password. It does not have to be the
default password, but we recommend that you change this be changed
to something you will not forget. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
