How to set up Linksys BEFSR11/41/41W router for static IP address
1. Browse into the router interface (192.168.1.1)
2. Enter username and password and click OK. (By default, the username is blank and the password is "admin" in lowercase)
3. Set the WAN Connection Type to Static IP
4. At the Specify WAN IP Address enter the static IP address
5. Enter the Subnet Mask and Default Gateway Address
6. Enter the DNS IP addresses
7. Click on Apply and Continue
8. Click on the Advanced tab
9. On the Filters tab, enable the MTU option and set it to 1450
10. Click Apply and then Continue
